Alley Cats and Angels

Raleigh, NC

Alley Cats and Angels is a 100% volunteer- and foster-based, registered 501(c)(3) cat rescue serving the Raleigh, North Carolina area. Without a central facility, we rely entirely on a dedicated network of foster homes to provide cats with the care, support, and stability they need as they transition toward adoption. We are committed to improving the lives of unwanted and abandoned cats in our community through our Adoption Program, Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) efforts for community cats, and spay/neuter assistance programs.
